Primavera

Primavera is a new building on the coast at Playa Chica, the small harbour in El Medano, two minutes walk from El Cabezo, in which we have two one bedroomed apartments.

Each apartment has one twin bedroom, bathroom (with washing machine), kitchen (oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer) a breakfast bar,  lounge/dining room and balcony, apartment No.23 enjoying panoramic sea views while apartment No.19 has partial sea views

 

 

Marineda

Marineda is a complex with swimming pool on the Cabezo coast, the ideal location for windsurfers. 

The apartment is bright, spacious (67m2) and comprise one twin bedroom, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine), lounge with tv and balcony overlooking the pool and sea for some and with panoramic sea views for others.

Situated right in the village of El Medano within 3 minutes walking distance of the village square with all the cafés, restaurants and the main El Medano beach.

Los Delfines one bedroom Apartment

Los Delfines is situated in Ensenada Pelada, a new residential estate on the coast one and a half kilometres from the center of El Medano.

 

Ensenada Pelada boasts its own sandy beach, a little-known bay at the foot of the Montaña Pelada.  For the more athletic it is possible to climb the mountain, the reward being almost private beaches on the other side.

 

We have a one bedroomed apartment in this villa. On the ground floor this apartment has private access.  It comprises of one twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine etc) breakfast bar, lounge and a small sunny furnished terrace with garden.  The bed settee in the lounge means that the apartment can sleep up to 3. 

There is satellite TV and Internet access is  provided.
