Two bedroom apartments

Los Delfines

Los Delfines is situated in Ensenada Pelada, a new residential estate on the coast one and a half kilometres from the center of El Medano.

Ensenada Pelada boasts its own sandy beach, a little-known bay at the foot of the Montaña Pelada. For the more athletic it is possible to climb the mountain, the reward being almost private beaches on the other side.

There are 2 two bedroomed apartments in Los Delfines, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor. These quality apartments each comprise one double bedroom facing the ocean, one twin bedroom, a well equiped kitchen, bathroom and a lounge with dining area. Each apartment has DVD and CD players and Internet access and satellite TV.

The ground floor apartment has a beautiful garden and sunny patio with BBQ, eating area and sun loungers.

The first floor apartment has a 40m2 sun terrace facing the Teide with BBQ, eating corner and sun loungers and a balcony facing the ocean and overlooking the garden.

Casa Medano

We have several 2 bedroomed apartments all with 30m2 furnished terraces facing the ocean. Free WiFi internet service and board storage if required.

Casa Medano are new apartments situated on the promenade with direct beach access. Each apartment has one king-sized double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, lounge with TV, CD player and the terrace.

The promenade runs the full length Playa Sur, the sandy beach stretching from the Hotel Medano to the Hotel Playa Sur. Along the promenade which borders the sand there is a choice of cafés, restaurants and small shops.

Apartments 38, 39 and 42. On the top level, these adjacent apartments offer unlimited views over the bay to the red mountain, one of El Medano's most famous landmarks.

The apartments are very comfortably furnished and consist of : -

A very pretty apartment, Casa Medano 25 is furnished in a very modern style.

Situated on the garden level, it is wonderful for families with children.

Casa Medano 25 also has direct access to the garage where there is also private board storage if desired.

Barlovento Apartments

Barlovento is situated right on the waters edge on the beach called Playa Sur in El Medano with direct beach access.

Playa Sur is the beach between the hotels Medano and Playa Sur beside which there is a surf center. Along the promenade which borders the sand there is a choice of cafés, restaurants and small shops.

All of the Barlovento apartments have adjustable sun canapés covering part of the terraces for shade if desired. We have several apartments to offer.

Barlovento 1 and Barlovento 2 are on the first level facing the ocean. Both apartments have 2 bedrooms, bathroom(with washing machine), fully equipped kitchens, lounge with dining area and a 50m2 furnished terrace with panoramic views over the bay to the red mountain. Sitting on these terraces is like siting on a yacht....... surrounded by nothing but water. Free WiFi is provided.

Barlovento 3 is on an elevated first level with panoramic views out over the ocean to the red mountain, one of El Medanos most famous landmarks.
