Sotavento 3 is situated right on the waters edge on the beach called Playa Sur in El Medano with direct beach access.

Playa Sur is the beach between the hotels Medano and Playa Sur beside which there is a surf center. Along the promenade which borders the sand there is a choice of cafes, restaurants and small shops.

Sotavento has 2 bedrooms, one king-sized double and one twin, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge/dining area with WIFI, DVD, CD, a 40m2 south facing terrace with panoramic views out over the ocean and private board storage and laundry area
